ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in Crime No.166 of 2014, on the file of the third respondent. 2.The petitioner claims to be the trustee of a local temple. The gate of the temple caught stolen. Hence, the First Information Report was registered. The respondent police filed the final report and closed the case. The said final report was rejected by the learned Judicial Magistrate and further investigation was ordered. This was posted as early as on 20.12.2017. Since nothing substantial took place, this Criminal Original Petition came to be filed.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.4643 of 2020 3.This case after all pertains to theft of an iron grill gate. The value is said to be around Rs.10,000/-.

4.The third respondent is directed to file a proper final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Magistrate is directed to accept the same and close this issue.

5.With this direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
