ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file final report with regard to crime No.213 of 2014 within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation.
4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
