*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to find and produce the body of the detenu, namely, Rohita, D/o.Muthukumar, aged about 2 years, before this Court and hand over the custody to her.

2. The petitioner is present along with two year old daughter, whom she has sought for production in this Habeas Corpus Petition. The second respondent police have secured the child, who was held by the husband of the petitioner, the third respondent herein and the sister of the petitioner and have handed over the child to her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner, as the mother of an infant girl child, is indeed entitled to the custody of the child.

4. Recording the above position, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
