This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.10.2017 and proceed with the same as per law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.724 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 341, 294 (b) and 506(ii) of IPC, on 21.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
