O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case against the proposed accused persons under Sections 307, 147, 148, 323, 427 and 506 (ii) of IPC based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 13.04.2018.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.235 of 2018 on 19.04.2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148 and 324 of IPC. A copy of the said First Information Report has also been produced before this Court.
