ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.87 of 2015 on the file of the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 379 (NH) IPC and seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is stated in the petition that the petitioners along with other accused have abused and attacked the defacto complainant. The petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged. Further it is stated that the petitioners will not tamper neither the evidence nor the witnesses.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) reported that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and requested to impose stringent condition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) and also perused the materials available on record.
5. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is of the view that the petitioners can be granted the relief prayed for with conditions and accordingly;

(a) In the event of arrest by or on appearance before the respondent police; or (b) In the event of appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;
(i) The petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on their executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram;
(ii) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the fact of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) The petitioners shall be available for interrogation by the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m. for two weeks and thereafter, as when required for interrogation.
6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
