This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 20.03.2018 and take necessary action. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 20.03.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
