This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in P.R.C.No.5 of 2014 dated 25.03.2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy as against the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that subsequently, the case in P.R.C.No.5 of 2014 has been converted into C.c.No.171 of 2015 and the said criminal procee3dings has been ended https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in acquittal on 04.11.2017 and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
