ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to dispose and pass orders on the petitioner's claim petition, dated 04.06.2024, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Seeking to set aside the attachment order passed by the first respondent with regard to the petitioner's property, the petitioner has filed a claim petition before the first respondent under Section 135 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1988, which is now pending. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking early disposal of the said claim petition.

4. Heard both sides.

5. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the first respondent to consider the claim petition of the petitioner, dated 04.06.2024, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, as well as all other persons, who may be interested in the subject matter, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
