Mr.M.Murugan, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the sale-deed, dated 03.03.2020, has already been registered and returned to the executant on 05.03.2020, before filing of the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, the Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file suit for cancellation of that sale deed before the jurisdictional Civil Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
