This Contempt Petition is filed on the premise that the order of this Court directed the contempt petitioner from enjoying the alleged illegal construction.

2.Notice issued by the authorities for removing the illegal construction and not to use the unauthorised construction been viewed as a act of contempt by the authorities.

3.This Court is of the view that the petitioner has approached this Court by way of contempt petition to intend the authorities to want to take action against the unauthorised construction. Hence, this Contempt Petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to the High Court Legal Services Authority of Madurai Bench of High Court, by the petitioner.
