ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner purchased the petition mentioned property under a registered sale deed dated 19.07.2011. The revenue record has also been mutated in favour of the petitioner. However, the extent of the land has been erroneously shown as 0.13.0 hectare instead of 0.94.0 hectare. It is further states that the Tahisldar had conducted field inspection and given a report stating that there is an anomaly, which requires to be corrected. The proposal is pending with the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned proposal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
