Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.02.2022 and to conduct enquiry and to act in accordance with law within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.02.2022 and to conduct enquiry and to act in accordance with law within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent on 15.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
