Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5052 of 2020 has been filed to direct the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Pudukkottai cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukkottai to consider the bail application of the petitioner's son namely Pon Bharathi, S/o Pandi on the same day of his son surrender before that Court in connection with Crime NO.46 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that without filing any bail petition before the Juvenile Justice Board, the petitioners have straight away come forward to file present petitions seeking a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are permitted to file appropriate applications before the Juvenile Justice Board and on filing of such applications, the Juvenile Justice Board shall consider the same on its own merits in accordance with law and pass orders on the same day.

6. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
