ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police not to interfere the civil dispute between the petitioners and the second respondent.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents Police.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police has received the complaint and they are enquiring into it.
4.It is seen that the issue between the petitioners and the second respondent is related to land dispute. 5.In view of the above, this Court directs that the first respondent shall not harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry. The matter is purely civil in nature.
The first respondent is directed to relegate the parties to the appropriate Civil Court to get relief.
