Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order of Interim Injunction, restraining the respondents from interfering with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment over the land situated in Survey No. 27/8, 27/5 and 27/9 to an extent of 2 Acres 30 cents in Aladikumulai, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, pending disposal of the above writ petition and thus render justice.
