ORDER

The challenge made in this writ petition is to the order, dated 24.12.2018, of the second respondent, whereby and whereunder, the certificate verification and the interview to be held on 28.12.2018 were cancelled.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the very interview scheduled came to be cancelled and giving opportunity to all the eligibile candidates, a further notification would be published.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to participate in the further selection process. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
