ORDER
The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.349 of 2022, on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, has filed the present revision petition for expeditious disposal of his divorce application.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the husband had filed I.A.No.5 of 2023, seeking interim custody of the child and the wife had filed I.A.No.4 of 2023, seeking return of the articles and both these applications are pending. In such circumstances, the present revision petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of the divorce petition.
3.The learned Family Court Judge, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos.4 & 5 of 2023, or or before 31.08.2025. The learned Family Court Judge, Dindigul, is also directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.349 of 2022 on or before 31.12.2025.
4.With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
