Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner seeks mutation regarding the petition mentioned entry in the Town Survey Land Register. This has to be done only by the respondents 1 and 2. It is stated that they have sought clarification from Madurai Corporation. It appears that two conflicting reports have been given. It is for the respondents 1 and 2 to get the issue clarified and based on the same, appropriate changes shall be made. I consciously refrain from issuing any positive direction. The exercise sought for by the petitioner shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
