ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.238 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 IPC and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused had taken away Rs.150/- from the pocket of the defact complainant. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent persons and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State vehemently opposed this application stating that the petitioner has involved in 16 previous cases of similar in nature. 5.Considering the involvement of the petitioner in previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. sd/- 04/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
