RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.305 of 2018 dated 28/03/2018 on the file of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VINAYAK, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.305 of 2018, dated 28.03.2018.

2. The earlier condition imposed by the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Maistrate, Kumbakonam, to appear before the respondent police, Trichy, every Monday is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear once in a month before the Special Camp Office, at Trichy.

3.Both the petitioners undertake that they will stay within the city limit of Mumbai and shall not travel outside the Mumbai city limit and they will travel to Trichy only for the purpose of complying with the condition imposed by the Trial Court.
