Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.S.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3638 of 2021 on 09.03.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) filed a counter and submitted that during investigation three lockers have been found and on search Rs.2,26,01,500/- has been seized and so far 17 witnesses have been examined and further witnesses are yet to be examined, hence the presence of the petitioner is very much required.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) and also the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for few days and also the fact that the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
