Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is an application filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 2, 3 & 5 to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.56 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 427 & 506(i) of I.P.C.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that no-one sustained injury in this case.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side).

5. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is of the view that the petitioners can be granted the relief prayed for with conidtion and accordingly;

(a) In the event of arrest by or on appearance before the respondent police;

(b) In the event of appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti within fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready;

(i) The petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on their executing a separate bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti;

(ii) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the fact of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) The petitioners shall be available for interrogation by the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m. for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
