ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465 and 468 of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known, they seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3. The case against the petitioners is based on documentary evidence.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No-II, Dindigul, Dindigul District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the second respondent police for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of 30 days daily at 10.30 a.m. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
