This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 herein, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been inquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been filed before this Court.
