ORDER

I have gone through the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent, Tahsildar. The reason for rejection has been simply stated as "rejected". The petitioner has not been given any opportunity and the 1st respondent has also not passed a considered order, in fact, has passed a non-speaking order.

2.Therefore, I am inclined to allow the writ petition by setting aside the impugned order, dated 22.10.2024 and remit the matter to the 1st respondent for fresh consideration, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner to put forth all his contentions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
