Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the entire records pertaining to the Domestic Violence Case (MC 76 of 2014 (Crl.M.P.1828 of 2010)) dated 05.04.2010 given by the first respondent on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and direct the respondents to pay the compensation amount of Rs.1,50,00,000/-(One Crore and Fifty Lakh Rupees) to the petitioner for Job Loss, Harassment, Mental agony went through by the petitioner for these many years and the litigation (expenses incurred to travel to attend the hearings and file the cases in various Courts from the year 2009 till 2018) cost.
