ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition for causing production of the detenue.

2.The detenue Sundari is none other than the petitioner's daughter. She is now present in person before this Court. She states in clear terms that she has got married to Kirubakaran. Kirubakaran is studying in 4th year madurai law college. Sundari is working as an assistant in the Indra Driving School, Alanganallur. She is very clear and she categorically states that she does not want to go back to her parents home.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) also states that in the enquiry held in the station, the detenue Sundari had taken the same position.
