ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2025, on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, to the Family Court, Erode.

It is reported that the parties have amicably settled the issue, and the husband has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand only) to the wife today, vide Demand Draft No. 886958. With regard to other issues, the parties have filed a joint compromise memo. They have agreed to file a petition for mutual divorce before the competent Court. Based on the joint memo, they have agreed to withdraw the present petition and file a fresh petition for mutual divorce. If such a petition is filed, the same shall be considered without insisting on the cooling-off period.

3. With the above said direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as stated in joint compromise memo. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.11.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes 2/4
