Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by Ramraj, petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed on 19.07.2016. It is also submitted that presence of the petitioner is no more required.
