It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass or ill treat the petitioner in connection with the alleged complaint given by one Ramraj. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by Ramraj, petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed on 19.07.2016. It is also submitted that presence of the petitioner is no more required.
4.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
