ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court had granted interim anticipatory bail for the petitioner on 22.01.2015 on condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- by a demand draft in favour of the defacto complainant before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy. Thereafter, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy has been directed to issue notice to the defacto complainant through the respondent police and handed over the same under proper acknowledgment.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo including the photocopy of the demand draft that has been submitted to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy.
3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court, the interim anticipatory bail already granted is made absolute and the bond that is executed by the petitioner will enure until the conclusion of the case.
