The above writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus directing the second respondent to restore the Shop No.9 at the inside of the Bus Stand, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2020.
2. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 that the petitioner is continuing to run the shop inside the bus stand at Thirumayam. The above statement is recorded.
3. The representation made by the petitioner to the second respondent is only to restore the Shop No.9 at the inside of the Bus
Stand, Thirumayam. Therefore, in the light of the representation now made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, no further orders are required in the above writ petition.
