ORDER
The writ petitioner wants a direction to the authorities to take steps to conduct the annual festival of the petition mentioned temple in the light of the representation dated 16.01.2019. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 produced a copy of the communication dated 17.12.2019 sent by the Tahsildar, Lalgudi to him. It is seen that there is a dispute among the communities with regard to the route of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the Sapparam. It appears that a major law and order problem arise way back in the year 1994. The third respondent informs the court through the Special Government Pleader that even as on date there is no amicable resolution of the issue.
3.Therefore, this court is not in a position to grant relief to the writ petitioner since this Court apprehends that a major law and order problem may arise. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
