ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 419, 420, 465, 471 r/w 34 of I.P.C in Crime No.36 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused had forged the signature of the defacto complainant and sold his property to the accused 2 to 11.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is bonafide purchaser from the first accused and he has not involved in the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the respondent has already completed investigation and laid charge sheet in this case in the year 2014 and that this Court has granted stay in the quash petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1219 of 2015.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts of this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
