Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.162/62 to an extent of 0.80.0 situated at Kurungallur Village, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District, on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 26.09.2018 within the stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants the respondents to survey the petition mentioned lands. She had given an application dated 26.09.2018 and also paid the relevant fees.

3. The respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If during the course of survey exercise any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

rival claim is made, the respondents will relegate the petitioner to move the civil Court.

4. With this observation, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
