Cr.No. 385 of 2009 .... Respondent/Respondent Prayer in CRL MP(MD). No.2742 of 2020:- This Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Court to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.A.(MD).No.91 of 2013, dt.26.7.2019 on the file of this Honble Court.

Prayer in CRL A(MD). 91/ 2013 :

This Criminal Appeal is filed Under Section 374(1)of Criminal Procedure Code praying to set aside the Judgment and Conviction imposed on the appellants by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur Pattukottai by its Judgement dated 27.02.2013 in S.C.No.167 of 2011 and acquit the appellants. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Vinayagan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/s.S.Bharathi, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.91 of 2013, dated 26.07.2019.

This Court, by its judgment dated 26.07.2019, partly allowed the Criminal Appeal and also issued a direction to the appellants to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each to the credit of S.C.No.167 of 2011, on the file of the learned III Additional District Sessions Judge, Thanjavur at Pattukottai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the appellants have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, they filed the present petition for extension of time to comply with the above said order.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants would submit that the petitioners/appellants deposited the amount as directed by this Court before the trial Court to the credit of S.C.No.167 of 2011, on the file of the learned III Additional District Sessions Judge, Thanjavur at Pattukottai and also produced a receipt before this Court.

4. In view of the compliance of the order of this Court by the petitioners/appellants, no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, this petition is closed. The trial Court is directed to disburse the amount in favour of the victims as early as possible.
