ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.04.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter may be referred to the Mediation for settling the issue. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the matter was also referred to the Mediation Centre and the interim protection was also granted.

2. After getting interim order from this Court, the petitioners have not taken any steps to resolve the issues. The matter is kept https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.4256 of 2021 pending for the past about five months and it has not been listed for about five months.

3. Considering the conduct of the petitioners in obtaining an order of interim protection by submitting that there is a possibility of settlement and thereafter not taking any steps to resolve the issue, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
