ORDER

Considering the nature of grievance expressed by the Revision Petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam to expedite the proceedings in E.A.No.1 of 2019 in I.A.No.900 of 2006 in O.S.No.191 of 1999 on his file.

C.R.P.(PD)(MD).No.490 of 2020 2.Accordingly, the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, is directed to expedite the proceedings in E.A.No.1 of 2019 in I.A.No.900 of 2006 in O.S.No.191 of 1999 on his file and dispose of the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
