RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners vide order dated 08/02/2021 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.892 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13998 of 2020 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.MUTHUSARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.892 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13998 of 2020 on 08.02.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

CRL MP(MD) No.2458 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.892 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13998 of 2020 on 08.02.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
