ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned review petition. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned review petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
