ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A4 in Crime No.27 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate and remanded to judicial custody on 25.03.2015 and 23.03.2015 respectively for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,342, 302 and 201 of IPC and hence, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioners along with other accused murdered the deceased.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). The Investigating Officer is also present.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that all the accused are arrested and the charge sheet has also been filed. He further submitted that there is no previous case against the petitioners.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the charge sheet has also been filed, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, Karur District and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, for interrogation.
