ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 471, 420, 294(B) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.210 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant, she is having 1/3rd share in the property, but however the accused had obtained revenue records in her name in order to grab the property.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the de-facto complainant along with six others had already instituted a suit in O.S.No.707 of 2012 against the petitioner claiming 1/3rd share in the suit property and when the suit is pending, this false complaint has been given with an ulterior motive.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Usilampatti and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
