ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.39 of 2015 dated 28.01.2015 on the file of the Respondent No.2 offences U/ss.406 420 of IPC and secure the accused within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
