Challenging the order of suspension issued by the second respondent dated 11.02.2019, this writ petition has been filed. Further, a direction to regularize the period of suspension has also been sought for.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the order of suspension dated 11.02.2019 had been revoked by the proceedings of the second respondent dated 21.02.2019 and a fresh suspension order had been passed on the same day containing reasons. A copy of the subsequent suspension order dated 21.02.2019 in Na.Ka.No.652/Administration/2019 has been produced before the Court for perusal.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the fresh order of suspension dated 21.02.2019.

4.In such view of the matter, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order of suspension dated 21.02.2019 before the appropriate authority, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
