This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.11.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 22.06.2018, based on the statement given by the petitioner that not to proceed with the complaint further.
