..Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to award adequate police protection for the work of removing the fencing stones to be undertaken by the 1st respondent in the petitioners vacant site situated in Survey No.19/8B, measuring to an extend of 2616.0 square feet, Karuthapuliyanpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by taking into consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2022. ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to award adequate police protection for the work of removing the fencing stones to be undertaken by the 1st respondent in the petitioners vacant site situated in Survey No.19/8B, measuring to an extend of 2616.0 square feet, Karuthapuliyanpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by taking into consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2022

2. In view of the crime registered in Crime No.137 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 447,323,427,506(ii) of IPC and Section 4of TNPHW Act, the prayer sought for cannot be granted to the petitioner.
