ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.19 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken on file as Spl.S.C.No.16 of 2022, so the matter has become infructuous. He would further submit that during the pendency of this Petition, the petitioner filed another petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15999 of 2022, before this Court and the same was quashed.

4. Recording the above said submissions and the endorsement this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
