Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is occupying a poramboke land. He wants electricity connection for his residence. For providing such electricity connection, the petitioner has to obtain No Objection Certificate from the jurisdictional Tahsildar. Therefore, this Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondent to issue such No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner.
3. I am of the view that this Court would not be justified in giving any positive direction. It is for the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.
