ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission for erecting the name board namely S.S.Nagar Kudiyiruppor Nala Sangam bearing Reg.No.172/2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 24.01.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that the third respondent is directed not to grant any permission to erect the petitioner's union board in the locality and the third respondent can permit to erect the Nagar or Street of the name board.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
