2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.174 of 2017 has been registered on 18.03.2017 under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) IPC.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed. The Inspector of Police is directed to conduct investigation in Crime No.174 of 2017, since one of the accused is said to be a member of the bar.
